I don't have pictures to update yet, but Jaylee has been busy lately.
I'm giving her piano lessons. She is picking it up very well.
She is a Daisy Girl Scout and did her first volunteer service project on Saturday.
She reseeded roads that BLM wants to keep motorcycles off of in Simons Canyon.
She is loving school. Her teacher only had good things to say about her in Parent-Teacher conferences.

We have ordered our new deck materials. Keven will pick it up next weekend.
We are excited for Robbie to come help us build it the third week of October.

I am starting to teach piano lessons this month. Spread the word. I'm starting with kindergarten ages now on beginner piano. I may expand if it goes well.

We hope everyone is enjoying the Fall season. We love this time of year.

Playing piano with Papa

Grandma and Papa Churchill stopped by last night. Jaylee wanted to show them that she was learning to play the piano. So far she plays Jingle Bells and the famous Knuckle song of which Papa had to join in. Anyone know the real name of that song? Grandma joined in too, but that video was too dark to see anything.
Enjoy the show. :o)

10 Years!

We had a great time in Durango
celebrating our 10 year anniversary.
We spent a day in Mesa Verde,
then took a jeep tour of La Plata Canyon
and climbed into a mine the next day.
Then we went to the Bar D saturday night.
Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Churchill
for taking care of Jaylee while we were gone.
She had a great time with you.
Here is a few of the many picture I took.

Swim lessons

Jaylee completed another level of swimming lessons today.
After the final lesson, they let the kids go down the big water slide.
Jaylee was so excited, but needed her teacher to go down with her.

I couldn't help it.
I had to get a picture of those cheeky-cheekies.

Going up...

The slide

...and splash! Her teacher goes under to keep her up.

Jaylee-bug; the water-bug.

Flowers

Jaylee looked out the window this morning
and gasped for air. She was so excited to see
the flower buds she has been watching
finally bloomed!
